Alexander Obeng

Alexander Obeng, MS, MPH, brings over 12 years of experience in healthcare and more than five years as a Community Health Specialist. He currently serves as CEO of Eveready Home Care, Eveready Healthcare Training Center, and Eveready Residential Support Services in Prince William County, Virginia.
He previously worked with the Fairfax County Health Department, where he gained valuable insight into large-scale healthcare systems. This experience shaped his belief that effective care should prioritize individual relationships over rigid systems.
In 2009, Alexander co-founded Eveready Home Care alongside his wife, Priscilla, with a vision to deliver more personalized and compassionate care. He later expanded the organization by launching Eveready Healthcare Training Center in 2016 and Eveready Residential Support Services in 2019 to address the growing demand for skilled caregivers and quality support services.
Alexander holds two master’s degrees from George Mason University: a Master of Science in Health Systems Management and a Master of Public Health. He is also a recognized community health leader, frequently delivering public health presentations at churches and community events.
He actively oversees daily operations, ensuring service excellence across all Eveready divisions. His leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams and exceeding expectations for both clients and students.
Priscilla Obeng

Priscilla Obeng is a Registered Nurse with over two decades of experience in critical care, senior care, and home healthcare services. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia.
Throughout her career, Priscilla has held senior executive roles within several national home care organizations, where she developed deep expertise in patient-centered care and healthcare operations. She currently owns and manages a home healthcare agency in Dumfries, Virginia, where she continues to deliver high standards of care.
Her unique combination of clinical expertise and leadership experience allows her to understand both the medical and emotional needs of patients and their families. Priscilla is known for fostering a culture of compassion and accountability, inspiring her nursing team to consistently exceed patient expectations.
